Can’t find the part? Contact us with:
- Brand, model and serial number (usually on a plate or sticker on the unit)
- Photos of the part, and of the label if there is one
- What’s wrong, or what the part does
Parts for equipment bought somewhere else: We can sometimes order these from the manufacturer. Before we quote, the manufacturer has to confirm in writing that the part is correct for your model and serial number. Most of these parts are special orders and can’t be returned.
Refrigeration and glycol parts (chillers, condensers, refrigerant lines) must be installed by a licensed refrigeration technician, whom you hire and pay. We’ll ask you to confirm this in writing before the part ships.
