More than one person ordering: If you would like to add more users to your account as approved purchasers, please reach out to us directly so we may add them. There is a setting that will allow them to add and change shipping addresses, or we can lock that privilege so they may only ship to your default address.
Shipping to more than one location:
- Customers can add ship-to addresses in My Account.
- Orders shipped to a verified business address have no extra fee.
- You may have multiple business addresses which will not have a fee attached.
- Orders shipped anywhere else (such as drop-shipping to your customer) have a drop-ship fee. See Using Your Own Carrier or Drop-Shipping to Your Customers.
Sales tax by location: Tax exemption applies only in states where we have your valid exemption form. If you add a location in a new state, send that state’s form. See Sales Tax Exemption for Wholesale and Pro Accounts.
Changing the address on an order that hasn’t shipped: Cancel it from My Account and reorder, or contact us. See Order Changes: Address Updates and Warehouse Pickup.
