We sell to international businesses, with a few differences from US orders.
Opening an account: Send our customer application with a copy of a government-issued business or tax certificate from your country.
Payment: Credit card or wire transfer. If you pay by wire, you still need a credit card on file to cover shipping charges and small adjustments.
Shipping options:
- Have your own carrier or freight forwarder pick up at our warehouse, or
- Ship to your freight forwarder in the US.
Customs and paperwork:
- We don’t export, file export paperwork or handle customs clearance. Your forwarder or customs broker does.
- You’re responsible for import permits, duties and taxes, and for confirming that products can legally be brought into your country.
- Commercial invoices: If your forwarder or customs needs one, ask us. It matches your regular invoice but is labelled “Commercial Invoice.”
Processing time: International orders may need 1 extra business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam aren’t international, but freight and pallets can’t ship there. Orders to those states go by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day.
