Processing time: Most wholesale and Pro orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Freight (pallet) and international orders may need 1 extra business day for paperwork.
- Drop-ship and built-to-order items have their own lead times, shown on each product page.
Daily cutoff: Orders placed by 1pm Central Time on a business day start processing that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, start the next business day.
Holidays: We do not ship on New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
Will call: Place pickup orders at least 24 hours ahead, and wait for the “Your Order Has Shipped” email before you come in. See Business Shipping Policies.
When will it arrive? Transit time is added on top of processing time and depends on the carrier and your distance from our Kansas warehouse.
