Almost every order ships from our warehouse in New Century, Kansas (Kansas City area). Shipping rates, transit times and freight quotes are all based on shipping from Kansas.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer (drop-ship). These arrive separately, with their own tracking number, usually within 1–4 weeks. See Special Orders.
Our California showrooms (Concord and Riverside) don’t ship wholesale orders.
Picking up an order: Will call is available without an appointment at our Kansas City Warehouse.
Transit times: Vary based on carrier and distance. Our centralize warehouse usually keeps order transit times to 1-5 days from shipping.
