Some items can be ordered before they’re in stock. On the website these are marked Pre-Order.
How it works:
- Order the item like any other. We hold your order for it until the stock reaches our warehouse.
- The estimated arrival date is at the top of the product description, highlighted in yellow when it’s updated.
- If no date is shown, the manufacturer hasn’t confirmed one yet, and the item may be delayed.
Ordering prebook items with in-stock items: You may put the prebook items on the same order as your in-stock items. The orders will be split automatically so the in-stock portion ships now.
Cancelling a prebook: You may cancel from your account orders page online. We can help you over email or phone as well.
