Our standard shipping. All orders ship FOB Origin. For pallet orders, we find the lowest available rate for you, and pallet rates are shown at checkout based on your ZIP code.
Using your own carrier.
- To have your own freight carrier pick up the order, ask for “Customer arranged shipping” when you place it.
- To have us book a specific carrier, note it in Order Comments. You’ll pay that carrier’s rate instead of our flat pallet rate, which may cost more.
- We can’t bill shipping to your FedEx or UPS account number.
Drop-shipping to your customers.
- We can ship directly to your customer’s address.
- Orders shipped anywhere other than a verified business address have a $7.50 drop-ship fee.
- We will not include a printed packing slip or invoice.
Picking up your order. You can pick up at will call. We are open 8am - 4pm. No appointment is needed.
