Send us an updated form when:
- Your certificate expires
- Your business name, address or permit number changes
- You start shipping orders to a state where we don’t have a form on file
Submit the updated form the same way as the original (see Sales Tax Exemption for Wholesale and Pro Accounts).
If your certificate expires or isn’t on file, sales tax is charged on your orders and generally isn’t refunded later. Check your expiration dates so your orders stay tax-free.
